More Wolf

These wolf pictures where taken from our Black Grouse hide by Daniel Andersson last week 2 nights after the first sighting. This time it was closer to the Grouse, obviously trying to sneak up on the leking party.

Capercaillies at lek

We´ve had a busy season photographing leking Capercaillies. It´s been a late year and now things seem to come to a climax. These pictures where taken by amateur photographer (but professional guide) Mike Rhonnstad 28:th of April. We´ll see tomorrow night again how activity is.

Wolf on Black Grouse lek

This Wolf conveniently paraded in front of three happy, british photographers at 8´o clock this morning. They where ready and steady taking pictures on leking Black Grouse from our Grouse hide when the wolf came out of the vegetation and started to hunt a Greylag Goose. (splash splash).
